Curing & Sealing

Surface Preparation

step 1

Our 3 Step Process

After applying the epoxy, we allow it to cure properly for maximum durability and strength. Once the epoxy is fully cured, we apply a sealing layer to protect the surface from stains, scratches, and wear & tear. This ensures your floors are easy to clean and maintain for years to come. The cure time for your finished floor is 12 hours to walk on and 72 hours to drive on.

Proper surface preparation is crucial to ensuring a secure, lasting bond between the concrete surface and the epoxy coating. Our team begins by diamond grinding the surface to remove any debris, contaminants, or old coatings. This also helps to fill existing cracks and create a smooth, even base.

Epoxy Coating Application

Once your surface is prepped, we begin applying the epoxy floor coating. Using high-performance industrial-grade materials, we apply a seamless epoxy floor system that is designed to resist stains, scratches, hot tire marks, and chipping. Our professional installers use the best epoxy resin flooring for a long-lasting, durable finish.
